Acceptance of Terms By registering for or using WhatsBit, you confirm that you: - Are at least 1 years old (or the legal age of consent in your jurisdiction). - Have the authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of yourself or your business. - Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. 2. Description of Service WhatsBit is a WhatsApp Business CRM tool powered by Brahminnerbrain Technologies Pvt Ltd . The Service enables businesses to: - Store, analyze, and manage customer interactions. - Send and receive messages via WhatsApp Business API. - Integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Facebook, Shopify). 3. User Responsibilities #3.1 Account Registration - You must provide accurate and complete information (e.g., name, email, phone number). - You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials . - Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account activity . #3.2 Prohibited Conduct You agree not to: - Use WhatsBit for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities . - Send spam, malware, or abusive content via WhatsApp. - Reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service. - Violate WhatsApp’s Terms of Service or Privacy Policy . 4. Data Privacy & Security #4.1 Data Collection & Use We collect and process data as outlined in our Privacy Policy , including: - Personal Data (e.g., name, email, phone number). - Message content (temporarily stored for 30 days). - Service usage data for analytics and improvements. #4.2 Third-Party Services WhatsBit integrates with: - Google, Facebook, Apple, Shopify (subject to their policies). - Cloud API for message delivery (messages auto-delete after 30 days). #4.3 Data Retention & Deletion - You may request account deletion at hello@whatsbit.in . - Upon termination, all data is permanently deleted unless otherwise requested. 5. Payments & Billing - Paid plans require valid payment details . - Fees are non-refundable unless required by law. - We may suspend accounts for non-payment . 6. Intellectual Property - WhatsBit retains all rights to its software, trademarks, and content . - You may not copy, modify, or resell our Service without permission. 7. Limitation of Liability WhatsBit is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for: - Service interruptions or errors. - Unauthorized access to your data. - Indirect damages (e.g., lost profits). 8. Termination - We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms . - You may cancel anytime via email request. 9. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms.
